Delightful Designs from Vintage Film

I’m a nature and mixed media enthusiast based in the mountains of North Georgia. I deconstruct vintage film negatives and slides to create whimsical collages that reflect my love for the natural world. Each piece gives old, captured frames a new life and a new story.

With a background in film acting, I’ve always been fascinated by the tiny moments that make up a larger narrative. My work celebrates those fleeting, sometimes forgotten fragments and turns them into playful visual stories. Some of the film negatives and slides I've used to create my pieces date back to the 1950s (I digitize most negatives and slides to preserve them before use). It's pretty amazing to see the details of culture and how it's changed throughout the decades, as well as the colors and brands of the film media itself.

From gallery-sized original pieces to handmade night lights and holiday ornaments, I aim to bring a sense of wonder and delight into everyday spaces. Whether it’s a soft glow in a dark hallway or a delightful detail previously unnoticed, I hope my work brings joy to those small, quiet corners of life.
